'Kim has worked closely with me on Billy Elliott the Musical since its inception in 2005.

She has always provided excellent professional and pastoral care for the children involved in the production, as well as being a wonderful member of the company. Balancing the needs of the production with concern for the children's welfare can be a daunting task, but Kim walks this difficult road with great skill.

I wish her every success with her new venture.'

Stephen Daldry CBE

'Kim Allen has been organising all our chaperone needs for various productions over many years. Kim is a brilliant organiser and together with her colleagues has very high standards in her care for young people and I would highly recommend her new agency.'

Kevin O'Hare, Director, The Royal Ballet

'I have worked with Kim on 3 series of The Worst Witch.

As a chaperone she has all of the obvious attributes – ability, conscientiousness, trustworthiness and focus. She also has that rare commodity, integrity. This means that you will feel safe knowing that she will not only look after the interests of her ward(s) but also the interests of the production.

Kim has a wonderful personality and I enjoyed the working relationship with her. Consequently, I have no hesitation in agreeing to act as a reference for her.'

Michael Treen, Freelance Line Producer

'I have known and worked with Kim Allen in my capacity as Ballet Principal of the Royal Ballet Lower School, White Lodge, for many years. She has supported the School offering professional services as Head Chaperone for all School and Royal Opera House productions.

Together with her team, Kim Allen has managed large casts of young students [aged 11-14 years] and has been responsible for their care, encompassing transport, meals and activities on and off stage. In recent years she has been contracted to chaperone and care for senior students [aged 15-16 years] at competitions, examinations and auditions. Kim Allen has also cared for our students during school holidays when they work at the Royal Opera House and have to live off site in hostels and hotels, generally requiring 24-hour care.

In all her dealings with the Royal Ballet School students and staff, Kim Allen and her team are consummate professionals.

I am delighted that the arrangement between Kim Allen, the Royal Ballet School and the Royal Opera House is on-going and I recommend her unreservedly to any organisation requiring outstanding support and professional chaperoning services of the highest order.'

Diane van Schoor, Ballet Principal, The Royal Ballet Lower School
