'I have known and worked with Kim Allen in my capacity as Ballet Principal of the Royal Ballet Lower School, White Lodge, for many years. She has supported the School offering professional services as Head Chaperone for all School and Royal Opera House productions.

Together with her team, Kim Allen has managed large casts of young students [aged 11-14 years] and has been responsible for their care, encompassing transport, meals and activities on and off stage. In recent years she has been contracted to chaperone and care for senior students [aged 15-16 years] at competitions, examinations and auditions.
